harris county precinct 4 looking for some very daring copper thieves

BY LOYD OVERCASH

Thursday morning Harris County Precinct 4 deputies responded to a copper theft at the Glenloch Country Club at 19400 Champions Forest near Spring Cypress Road. On video they were able to see two white males hooking up to the main wiring of the building with a white 4-wheel drive truck. They were able to pull over 100 yards of wire out and had started wrapping some of it up when a fire started. That fire started near the entrance pole and caused the grass to start burning. The club was not damaged by the fire but it was enough to scare the thieves off without getting any copper at all. Anyone with information on this theft or may know who the suspects are is asked to call Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office at 281-376-3472.
