Details: On January 16th, 2016, at approximately 2:39 am Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of W. Tidwell @ Aston St. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Jiuliano Balderas, Dep. Paige could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Balderas breath. Further investigation by Dep. Paige revealed that Balderas was intoxicated. Balderas was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 16th, 2016, at approximately 8:48 pam Deputy A. Amaya with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18800 block of Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, JJ Vargas-Patino, Dep. Amaya could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Vargas-Patino’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Amaya revealed that Vargas-Patino was intoxicated. Vargas-Patino was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Previous Convictions, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 16th, 2016 at approximately 12:31 am Sergeant W. Harrah with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 23000 block of Tomball Parkway. Upon Sgt. Harrah making contact with the driver/defendant, Jeffery Rhodes, Sgt. Harrah could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Sgt. Harrah revealed that Rhodes was in possession of 0.04 ounces of Marijuana. Rhodes was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Shike with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13900 block of Ella Blvd. in reference to a Criminal Trespass. Upon Deputy Shike’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Chaning Phillips, had entered her property and had refused to leave and that Phillips had been warned previously not to return. Phillips was arrested, charged with Criminal Trespass and Failure to Identify (Fugitive), and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Gay’s arrival, he observed the defendant, Allen Gellerman, walking on the roadway. Further investigation by Dep. Gay revealed that Gellerman had made forced entry into a vehicle and stole property. Gellerman arrested, charged with Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Theft, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

While speaking with Rodriguez, Deputy Vasquez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Rodriguez’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Vasquez revealed that Rodriguez was intoxicated. Rodriguez was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
