HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Pct. 4 Deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 23770 block of Springwoods Village Parkway, but the driver refused to stop and sped off northbound on I-45.

The suspect weaved across medians, nearly struck other vehicles, and ultimately crashed out near Sawdust Road. With assistance from partner agencies, the suspect was quickly detained and is now in custody for Evading Arrest with an open warrant through Pardons and Parole.

No injuries were reported, and deputies have secured the scene.
