Have you seen Antoine?

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On June 20, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an aggravated assault call at an apartment complex in the 13800 block of Napoli Drive. Upon Deputies’ arrival, the apartment maintenance employees said a man believed they broke into his vehicle and stole his things.

The suspect then allegedly pulled a gun and pointed it toward the maintenance employees and threatened to kill them. After further investigation, Deputies positively identified the suspect as 26-year-old Antoine Toney, and secured two warrants for his arrest through the 183rd District Court.

Public records show Houston Police arrested Toney for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon in 2017. The charge was dismissed later that year. Public records show he was arrested in Fort Bend County in 2021 for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. That charge was also later dismissed. Toney was arrested in Montgomery County in April of last year when law enforcement stopped him for speeding more than 10 percent of the legal limit and he had no driver’s license.

“Antoine Toney is currently wanted by law enforcement for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon in a Public Place,” Constable Mark Herman said.
