Have you seen Seth Lee?

HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On April 18, 2023, Pct. 4 Constable Deputies responded to the 4900 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to a Theft. Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that her vehicle was repossessed by the bank, and after paying her debt, the vehicle was returned but her firearm was missing.

The case was assigned to Constable Herman’s Criminal Investigations Division, who located the stolen firearm at an area pawn shop. After a thorough investigation, investigators positively identified the male suspect who pawned the stolen firearm for cash as Seth Lee, a convicted felon. Further instigation revealed that he was the repo driver.

“Seth Lee is currently wanted by law enforcement officers for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are encouraged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” Constable Mark Herman said.
