EAST MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, three suspects allegedly stole a generator and air hose from the Porter Tractor Supply store and then fled into Harris County. Thanks to license plate reading cameras and assistance from the Texas Department of Public Safety – Southeast Texas Region (New Caney Office) and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, all suspects are now in the Montgomery County Jail and the stolen property has been returned.
James Elvin Horton is charged with Theft and a Blue Warrant from the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole and a Harris County warrant for Aggravated Robbery
Robert Paul Vidaurri is charged with Felony Theft w/ 2+ Prior Convictions
James Walls is charged with Felony Theft w/ 2+ Prior Convictions
The trio has prior theft convictions, one is wanted for Aggravated Robbery, and another is a known gang member.
Pct. 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden says the message is simple, “Harris County criminals, should avoid Montgomery County if they want to stay out of jail!”
Bums like this should go to NYC, San Francisco or LA. Those politicians welcome this kind of behavior. Just keep it under $1000 and you will not be prosecuted no matter how many times you’re caught.
