HC Pct. 4: DWI Driver Refuses to Stop, Adds Felony Charge

On May 27, 2017, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office was involved in the pursuit of a vehicle and suspect after deputies attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation. A patrol deputy observed the suspect vehicle traveling north bound in the 14300 block of Philippine Drive with one head light out. The driver refused to stop and fled at a high rate of speed through a business district area before being detained.
