About 6:30 pm a reported crash came into the 911 dispatchers on FM 1314 at Old Houston. Porter Fire arrived to find a head-on crash with multiple injuries. DPS investigated the crash and found the Chevrolet pickup was southbound on FM 1314 when the driver for unknown reasons crossed into the northbound lanes hitting a Chevrolet SUV head-on. The driver of the truck was transported to Kingwood Hospital/ He was out of the truck walking around when units arrived. A female driver and her child in the backseat of the SUV were entrapped but quickly freed. They were transported to Kingwood Hospital in stable condition. FM 1314 reopened just after 8 pm.
