Shortly after 1 is Liberty County units were dispatched to a head-on crash on SH 321 between SH 105 East and 105 bypass east of Cleveland. Cleveland Fire along with Plum Grove and Tarkington Fire worked to free a female driver of a Ford F-150 pickup who was trapped. According to witnesses the F-150 was eastbound on SH 321 and was all over the road. She crossed into the westbound lane and had almost gone to the westbound shoulder when she hit a westbound Dodge pickup head-on. The male and female occupants of the Dodge suffered minor injuries. One the female was freed from the truck PHI Air Medical Medics along with Liberty and Cleveland Fire Medics worked to stabilize her before she could be flown. SH 321 was closed for over an hour. DPS investigated the crash.
