Heavy rains left several motorists stranded Friday morning, Highway 75 at South Loop 336 was closed as water got close to 4 feet deep under the railroad bridge. At this time eastbound lanes remain closed. Although the water has gone down two vehicles and a motorcycle await wreckers as they flooded out. One vehicle Conroe Police say was up to the roof.

Interstate 45 northbound feeder between Crighton and South Loop 336 was also under water. Several vehicle are awaiting wreckers at that location. Conroe Police are diverting that traffic onto the main lanes on Interstate 45 which is flowing smoothly.
Other areas to watch is water over the road at Foster and FM 1314 and also Barton Woods at South Loop 336. Both those locations are passable but very slick with a danger of hydroplaning.
