HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, Investigators with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office conducted an undercover investigation at AA Massage located in the 2100 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to complaints alleging prostitution.
An Investigator, posing as a customer of the spa, was solicited for sex and/or sex acts by a woman working in the establishment. Yueh-Hua Chang, 44, was subsequently arrested and charged with Prostitution. Yueh-Hua Chang is currently out on a $100 bond set by the Harris County Criminal Court at Law 5.
The establishment had a valid Massage Establishment License, but Yueh-Hua Chang was unlicensed to be employed as a Massage Therapist.
