He’s Charged with Exposing Himself, She’s Charged with Lying

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On August 13, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an indecent exposure in the 11300 block of Will Clayton Parkway. Deputies were told a female delivery driver took a package to a residence in the 16800 block of Shrub Oak Drive where suspect Rashawn Young allegedly exposed his genitalia.

When Deputies arrived at the address of the suspect, a woman was with him. Kadrian Clark said she was home with Rashawn Young when the alleged incident occurred, and it never happened.

Deputies say a thorough investigation revealed Clark lied about being home at the time of the delivery, when the indecent exposure is alleged to have occurred. Furthermore, they found Young was already on borrowed time, so to speak – He was free on bond for Credit Card Abuse and Theft charges at the time of the alleged incident.

“Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Rashawn Young was charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 14. Kadrian Clark was charged with False Report to a Police Officer. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 14,” Constable Mark Herman said.
