On April 15, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 2400 block of Jonahs Way in reference to a group of females causing a disturbance. Upon the deputy arriving it was discovered that a female suspect intentionally struck two victims with her vehicle and fled the location.
Responding Constable Deputies quickly located and stopped the suspect vehicle a few miles away. The driver was identified as Ashley Ware. Ware was brought back to the location where she was positively identified by the victims and several witnesses.
“Ashley Ware was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault. Her bond is currently set at $15,000.00 out of the 177th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
