On February 3rd, 2016 deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a burglary to a residence call in the 5000 block of Enchanted Timbers Dr. Upon the deputy’s arrival, the complainant reported while he was inside his residence, his alarm went off and notified him that his back door was open. When checking his residence, the complainant found the suspect inside his home and attempted to detain him, however, he fled on foot. Constable Deputies arrived and a police perimeter was set up and a Precinct 4 K-9 was able to track the suspect to a nearby back yard where the suspect was arrested.
The complainant positively identified the suspect as the same one who made entry into his residence. The suspect was identified as Gregory Charles Arnold. Arnold was arrested, charged with Burglary to a Habitation with the Intent to Commit Other Felony, and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $30,000.00 out of the 180th District Court.
