About 7:30 p.m., Harris County Precinct 4 received a call from a mother who stated one son shot another son in the 400 block of North Vista. Units arrived on the scene to learn that the victim and actor were still inside. It was believed the shooter was barricaded in an upstairs bedroom. As officers approached, they were able to see a broken window. At that point, a Rapid Response Team went in and found the victim deceased. The suspect, an Asian male, fled the scene. Harris County Homicide Detectives are en route.
