The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Juan Carlos Castrejon-Babick, who is a person of interest in the murder investigation of Luis Garcia Ocampo.
Anyone with information regarding the case or the location of Juan Carlos Castrejon-Babick is requested to contact Detective Williams or Detective Hahs with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (936)-760-5800, (option #3), or Montgomery County Crime Stoppers.

Case information:
On Sunday, November 16, 2014, at approximately 9:00 AM, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies responded to the 12700 Block of Willis Waukegan Road, in reference to a male found deceased within a vehicle. When Deputies arrived at the location, they discovered a deceased male inside of the vehicle with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Units, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigators, and representatives from the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office responded to the scene. The body of the deceased was later transported to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for an autopsy. An investigation is on-going and investigators are in the process of reviewing evidence.
