SPRING – Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for exposing himself to two girls in northwest Harris County.
The victims, ages 7 and 10, told investigators that on the afternoon of December 20, 2009 they were riding a mini-scooter near the intersection of Long Pine Drive and Ridge Crest Drive in Spring when a man approached them in a blue vehicle and identified himself as an undercover police officer.
He then got out of the car and asked the girls what they were doing in the neighborhood and if they were using drugs. He then patted them down. When one of the girls asked to see his badge, the man exposed himself, got back in his car and left.
The man is described as a Hispanic male, between 20 and 30 years old. He was driving a vehicle described only as blue, possibly a Honda.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children at 713-529-4216.
