Under the leadership of people like HCFM Assistant Chief Bob Royall and Roman Forest Mayor Ray Ricks, the Huffman Masonic Lodge has earned the prestigious Vanguard Award for the first time in Huffman Lodge’s History.
“This Award was earned by the members of the Huffman Lodge, not me.” said Bob Royall. “I am proud to serve as Master of the Huffman Lodge to be awarded the Vanguard Award for the first time on the day of our lodges 40th Anniversary.”
The Vanguard Award is a Grand Lodge of Texas award that is awarded only to Masonic Lodges that meet a long list of specific criteria such as community involvement, charity activities and supporting youth activities. Only 92 Texas lodges out of nearly 1000 Texas Lodges were awarded this prestigious award.
