About 12:30 am Humble Police spotted a stolen Honda Alantra on Wilson Road at Will Clayton. When they attempted to stop it the vehicle sped around the parking lot several times before getting on the road. He was chased to Atascocita then back to Old Humble to Aldine Bender and onto I-69 north. The chase continued north toward Splendora. At the time the freeway was closed just past SH 242 with a crash. The driver seeing this exited SH 242 and continued north on the feeder. When the driver attempted to turn left onto SH 242 he was met with a new bridge with lane median separation. Hitting the median all four tires blew out. Humble police quickly approached the vehicle. The driver is just 14 years old. The other two are between 10 and 15 years old. Also in their possession were a.22 pistol and a .40 caliber pistol with one in the chamber.
