FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24 AT 10:00 PM THROUGH MONDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2014 AT 5:00 AM: IH 45 Southbound Main Lanes: All southbound main lanes of IH 45 will be closed starting Friday, October 24, 2014 at 10:00 pm through Monday, October 27, 2014 at 5:00 am. All southbound traffic will be diverted on the frontage road just south of Windsor Lake Boulevard through the SH 242 intersection. All traffic will be allowed to re-enter IH 45 main lanes at Wellman Road.
