315PM-I-69 has just reopened. This was after a reckless driver drove under an 18-wheeler trailer just south of the construction zone. Traffic at this time is backed up from Morgan Cemetery (flea market area) to FM 2025 (Coldspring exit) southbound. It could take a while to clear. Also, DPS reminds motorists the speed limit through the construction zone is 45mph. Smith Towing and J+J Wreckers are clearing the scene. The driver of the passenger vehicle was transported in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
