Ian Allen Stegman, age 33, of Kingwood was arrested on 12/31/10 by Precinct 4 Deputy Looza. He was also charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces and Possession of a controlled substance less than 3 ounces.
He posted total of $1500 in bonds with Bustin Out Bail Bonds
He has retained Attorney Gary Beauchamp and is set to appear in front of Judge McDonald on March 8, 2011.
MCPR was created in 2008 after Jamie left a newspaper that conflicted with her ethics. Initially, it was blog style website where Jamie wrote stories and posted them with photos. Scott provided video, and as the blog grew in popularity, businesses began to inquire about advertising.
