Back in September of 2019 Tristan Abke and Chad Thomas Pacovsky were involved in a race on Mccaleb Road when a crash occurred. Pacovsky who was driving a Nissan Altima was seriously injured in the crash. Abke, who was driving a Chevrolet Silverado was arrested by DPS on the scene and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury. He posted a $10,000 bond. After being indicted he is set for a jury trial on March 30. District Judge Grant issued a warrant last week for Pacovsky. He turned himself in last weekend and a bond of $10,000 was set.
