Investigators are currently on the scene along with the Houston SPCA evaluating the situation with close to 200 horses, many in very bad health due to lack of nutrition. We will keep you updated as this unfolds.

They also need to drive down 149 toward the ball park! The property past the ball park on the left, those poor horses live in a junk yard! I hate driving past there and seeing them!!
Some look bad, others look horrible. How sad for these animals. Thanks to the county guys and SPCA of Houston now they may have a chance to survive.
