When one bag just won’t do…
HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Shell gas station and convenience store in the 15000 block of Mason Road in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon Deputies arriving, the complainant reported an unknown man stole his Frito Lay distribution truck from the parking lot while he was delivering merchandise at the location.
Deputies located the stolen truck nearby. The driver was identified as Francisco Fernandez.
“Francisco Fernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $20,000 out of the 339th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
