HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman has added five drones, expanding his agency’s ability and speed in helping to find missing people, mapping crash scenes and helping to find and arrest criminals. The drones have still photo and video capabilities that will link up with equipment used by Deputies on the ground. Dozens of Pct. 4 Deputies are now certified and trained to operate them.  Constable Herman says he’s grateful to Greystar Management “for their gracious donation” of the five new “top of the line drones” to Precinct 4.
