JUDGE GIVES HARRIS COUNTY MAN $100 BOND AFTER BEING ARRESTED FOR OVER TWICE LEGAL LIMIT DWI

On February 21, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 22600 block of the Tomball Parkway. The driver was identified as Juan Baires-Sibrian, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that his alcohol content was 0.207, over twice the legal limit. “Juan Baires-Sibrian was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
