JUDGE HAMILTON TAKES SMILE OFF BIGAMISTS FACE

After appearing in Judge McDonald’s court on Monday Bigamist Charity Parchem faced a criminal Judge Tuesday morning. On Monday Judge McDonald ordered bigamist Charity Parchem’s former husband to pay thousands in attorney fees and spousal support after an enforcement hearing. Leaving the courtroom Parchem was all smiling. Tuesday morning she didn’t even look like the same woman as she appeared in tears in Judge Hamilton’s Courtroom. With a plea agreement worked out by the District Attorney’s Office and Parchem’s attorney, Judge Hamilton sentenced her to 4-years deferred probation, a $500 dollar fine and 160 hours of Community Service. The District Attorney’s Office reached out to the victim for input before agreeing to the sentence.  Montgomery County Sheriff’s Detective Jordan found that while Charity Parchem was married to Mark Athans she was also married to Trevor Hendry. He discovered that on November 16, 1999, then Charity Uriarte married Bart Parchem in Harris County. They then divorced on February 13, 2002, in Harris County. The following day after the divorce Charity married Trevor Hendry on Valentine’s Day 2002. That marriage according to Hendry lasted less than a year and was never a divorce. Also, he stated that in 2003 Charity put a protective order on him not allowing any contact. On November 5, 2007,  That marriage Charity remarried Bart Parchem in Montgomery County. Then on August 7, 2017, Charity became engaged and married Mark Athans. That wedding took place at Charity’s insistence in Deadwood, Lawrence County, South Dakota. They had met online and through friends in April 2016. Charity told Athans that she was divorced. After the wedding, she lived with Athans at his Willis home. A short time later Athans discovered Charity was seeing Bart Parchem. He also discovered her criminal history and filed for divorce. During the divorce, Judge McDonald ordered Athans to pay spousal support and other expenses until an appeal was filed. Charity Parchems never received the funds which were the reason for the enforcement hearing against Mark Athans on Monday. After the divorce was final with Athans, Athans went back to a South Dakota Judge and had the marriage nullified. South Dakota officials, where there is no Statute of Limitations is also interested in speaking with Charity Parchem.
