On May 4, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 10600 block of Mills Road. During the process of the deputy identifying the driver as George Thornton, the passenger quickly exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The deputy chased and detained the suspect who was identified as Tristan Waddy.
Further investigation by Constable Deputies resulted in the recovery of 0.002 ounces of marijuana from Thornton’s vehicle.
“George Thornton and Tristan Waddy were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Thornton was charged with Possession of Marijuana, and received a $500.00 bond. Tristan was charged with Evading and received a $1,000.00 bond. Both cases were filed out of County Court 16.”
