WEEKEND WORK NOTICE (SATURDAY, JUNE 7, 2014 5:00 AM THRU MONDAY, JUNE 9, 2014 5:00 AM):
IH 45 NORTHBOUND FRONTAGE ROAD CLOSED: All thru-traffic will be diverted onto the northbound mainlanes at the entrance ramp south of SH 242. Local traffic will be permitted to access businesses along the northbound frontage road between the entrance ramp and SH 242, however no access will be permitted to SH 242. To access SH 242, proceed north on IH 45 to FM 1488, follow detour signage to loop around at FM 1488 and return to SH 242 on the southbound frontage road.
SH 242 EASTBOUND LANES CLOSED: All eastbound lanes will be closed between IH 45 and S. Trade Center Blvd. Detour signage will be established using Harper’s Landing and S. Trade Center Blvd. to access SH 242 eastbound past the closure.
SH-242: Westbound from IH-45 to University Drive. 1 Outside Lane. Closed permanently until further notice.
IH-45: Northbound Frontage Road from Shenandoah Park Drive to SH 242. 1 Inside Lane. Closed permanently until further notice.
IH-45: Southbound Frontage Road from SH 242 to St. Luke’s Way. 1 Inside Lane. Closed permanently until further notice.
IH-45: Northbound Mainlanes from Shenandoah Park Drive to SH 242. 1 Outside Shoulder. Closed permanently until further notice.
