Over the weekend three juvenile suspects were located and charged for the Criminal Offense of Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree Felony. The suspects entered into a residence off of C.R. 2146 on November 19th and removed items without the property owners consent. All of the property was recovered and all three suspects have been identified and charged with this crime.
With this latest Burglary case, there have been nearly ten Burglary suspects caught and charged in previous weeks. With citizens being more aware of their surroundings, who is coming and going in their neighborhoods and calling the Sheriff’s Office when they observe suspicious persons or activity has had a direct impact on the apprehension of these Burglary / Theft suspects and the recovery of stolen property.
With the Holiday season fast approaching, the Sheriff’s Office is urging everyone to please remain vigilant. Your attention to not only your property, but that of your neighbors has had a significant impact on our ability to quickly respond, locate and apprehend the above mentioned Burglary suspects.
