The Texas Rangers have arrested William Eugene Hurgemueller, the Liberty County Fire Marshal and head of Emergency Management. Hurgmueller, who was the Assistant Chief of the 321 Fire Department until he was appointed Fire Marshal. His Office is at the 321 Fire Station. Jesse McGraw, Liberty County Assistant Fire Marshal, and Erskine Nathaniel Holcomb, Liberty County Assistant Fire Marshal on a range of charges. The charges include Official oppression, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, theft of property, and tamper with a government record.
