Last night just after dusk the aerial spraying for mosquitos got underway. The aircraft is flying at extremely low altitudes. Last night they worked the east part of Montgomery County and are slowly going to work west. The low flight caused many citizen concerns and prompted dozens of calls to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. The aerial application will continue tonight. Beekeepers are urged to keep their hives covered and block the exits. Below is a radar image of several hours of the tight pattern this aircraft is flying. This pattern was started just after 9 pm and continued until just after 2 am.
