On Monday October 3, 2016 around 5:00pmThe Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department made a traffic stop on Nichols Sawmill Rd. in Magnolia. After speaking with the driver Daniel William Curry, 39, the deputies performed a consensual search of the vehicle. The Precinct 5 deputies were able to locate over 15 grams of Methamphetamine hidden within the vehicle. Daniel Curry was arrested and charged with a First Degree Felony Manufacture or Delivery of a controlled substance. A first degree felony is punishable by life in prison and a fine not exceed $10,000.
