On January 22, 2016 the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department along with other units from the Montgomery County Internet Crimes against Children task force executed a search warrant on Decker Drive in Magnolia. After Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables and Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables deputies made entry into the residence child pornography was found on a computer inside the residence. After further investigation Paul Rushing, 76 years of age, was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Child Pornography and transported to Montgomery County jail and held on $50,000 bond. The Montgomery County Internet Crimes against Children task force is affiliated with the Houston Metro Internet Crimes against Children Task Force and comprised of deputies from Montgomery County Pct.1, Pct. 2, Pct. 3, Pct.4, and Pct. 5 along with Conroe Police Department, Montgomery County District Attorney’s office and Homeland Security Investigations.
