8-24-11 thru 8-31-11

On August 24, 2011 Detective Clack recovered a stolen trailer located at FM 1488 and FM 1774. The trailer was released back to the property owner. The theft is still under investigation at this time.

On August 24, 2011 Officer H. Holman Jr. on viewed a two vehicle minor accident in the 18600 Block of FM 1488. No injuries were reported.

On August 24, 2011 Sgt. Lopez conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Commerce. A 46 y/o w/f was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in good health.

On August 25, 2011 Officer Salmassi conducted a traffic stop in the 19500 Block of FM 1488. During the traffic stop it was discovered that the driver, a 26year old W/F out of Hockley showed to have a suspended driver’s license and failed to provide finical responsibility. The female driver was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in good health.

On August 25, 2011 Officer Diaz with the Magnolia Police Dept. was advised by the Montgomery County Dispatch of an Attempt to locate a white pick-up. A traffic stop was initiated and after a short investigation it was found that the male was intoxicated. The male 50 y/o Hispanic male subject was arrested for DWI and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 25, 2011 Officer Salmassi conducted a welfare check in the 18600 block of FM 1488. After a brief investigation it was discovered that a 33 year old W/M on location showed to have an active warrant out of Montgomery County. Subject was transported and booked into jail in good health.

On August 26, 2011 Officer H. Holman Jr. conducted a welfare check on a w/m that was sleeping in side a vehicle in the 18600 block of FM 1488. The subject was found to have an open warrant out of Montgomery County, TX. The subject was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in good condition.

On August 26, 2011 Officer Montgomery conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Magnolia Blvd. The 25 y/o female driver was charged with Driving While License Suspended and a warrant was requested for from the Montgomery County DA’s Office. The vehicle was released to the passenger.

On August 26, 2011 Officer Diaz with the Magnolia Police Dept. was dispatch to Buddy Riley to Magnolia Blvd. in reference to a Minor Motor Vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and a report was generated.

On August 26, 2011 Officer Diaz with the Magnolia Police Dept. was dispatched to Michael St in reference to a Welfare Concern. The actor was found to be in possession of a Controlled Substance. The male was transported to the Tomball Hospital for evaluation and an Arrest Warrant will be issued at a later date.

On August 26, 2011 Officer Senegal conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of S. Magnolia Blvd for a minor traffic violation. After conducting a field investigation, a 22 year old white male was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 27, 2011 Officer H. Holman Jr. conducted a traffic stop in the 18800 block of FM 1488 for the violation of defective tail lamps & defective break lights. The suspect w/m out of Magnolia was found to not have a driver’s license. The vehicle was towed and the suspect was cited and released from the scene.

On August 27, 2011 Officer H. Holman Jr. observed four juveniles walking on Unity Park Dr. after the park was closed. The juveniles; one b/m, one w/m, and two w/f were issued citations for curfew violation and released to reasonable adults whom each signed release forms for them.

On August 27, 2011, Officer Montgomery was dispatched to a theft past in the 31500 block of Nichols Sawmill. The site foreman at this location reported that approximately $28,000.00 worth of material was stolen the night before. A report and photographs were taken, forwarded to detective for investigation.

On August 28th, 2011 Officer C. Stanford observed a white female walking westbound in the 18500 block of FM 1488 in the middle of the road causing a traffic hazard. After further investigation the female was found to be intoxicated by an unknown substance being a danger to herself and others. The female was taken into custody for public intoxication then transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 29, 2011 Officer Montgomery conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Magnolia Blvd. The driver a 33 y/o male out of Houston was found to have no driver’s license or insurance. The driver was cited, released and the vehicle was towed.

On August 29, 2011 Officer Senegal was dispatched to the 41000 block of FM 1774 in reference to a two-car motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival one 82 year old white female was transported by Montgomery County EMS to Tomball Hospital for medical treatment.

On August 29, 2011 Detective Clack was assisting the MCSO on suspicious persons when one white male left the scene on foot. Det. Clack pursued the suspect on foot until he lost site of the male in the woods. Search dog was sent out with no find. The male was identified and charges have been filed.

On August 30, 2011 Officer Montgomery was dispatched to a two car motor vehicle accident at FM 1488 and FM 1774. No injuries were reported at that time.

On August 30th, 2011 Officer C. Stanford was dispatched to assist a DPS unit who was on a traffic stop. Upon arrival the passenger of the vehicle was found to have an active warrant out of the city of Magnolia. The passenger was arrested for the warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 31, 2011, Officer Salmassi conducted a welfare check on a 64 year old W/M in the parking lot of the Brookshire Brothers. After a brief investigation it was determined that subject was intoxicated to the degree that he would be a danger to himself and others while in a public place and was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. Subject was transported and released to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 31, 2011 Detective Clack conducted a traffic stop on Nichols Sawmill. The 35 y/o w/m driver was arrested for an active warrant out of Pct. 5 Office. The driver was transported to the Justice of the Peace Office and his vehicle was towed.
