Yesterday evening, a white Civic was observed flying down the center turn lane on Nichols Sawmill, at Unity Park. Upon attempting to stop the vehicle, it fled from officers on Commerce and ran multiple stop signs. The vehicle then went north on 1774 for almost 2 miles, when the driver attempted to turn in Mag West. This Civic was not Fast and Furious worthy and it couldn’t handle the turn at that speed. The vehicle crashed into a light pole and the driver was taken into custody for Evading in a Motor Vehicle.
