Thursday night, Officer Gest with Splendora Police Department was called to the Chevron located at the intersection of FM 2090 and US Highway 59 for an individual who was driving around the parking lot. When the driver was approached by another individual, the driver was observed exposing his genitals. The driver was identified as Mario Javier. Javier admitted to his misconduct and was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. The male was seen on several occasions driving a black vehicle with paper tags and actively driving around the store video recording the clerk.
