At about 7:30 AM this morning, one of Constable Ryan Gable’s patrol deputies saw a silver GMC SUV commit a traffic violation in the 2700 block of Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring. After activating the emergency lights/siren the deputy stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver. After speaking with the driver identified as; 22-year-old Cristopher Cruz, 22, of 365 Road 5500 Cleveland (Plum Grove). He was arrested for Unlawful Carrying of weapons and Possession of Marijuana. The SUV . was towed and Cristopher was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
