Late Thursday night Cleveland Police and Precinct 4 Constables arrested Jesus Selvera, 25, of 95 County Road 3313 in Cleveland. He had an open warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 221st District Court in Montgomery County. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. During processing, he was being strip-searched when approximately one gram of cocaine, wrapped in plastic fell from his anus. An additional charge of possession of a controlled substance was filed on him. He bonded out this afternoon on a $2000 bond.
