MAN RESCUED FROM A TREE IN CLEVELAND

Friday evening just after 8p.m. Cleveland Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a man trapped in a tree on Bardash between San Jacinto and Washington. On arrival they found a hispanic male approximately sixty feet up in the tree. For unknown reasons the man was standing on a limb leaning against the tree. He had a belt wrapped around him and the tree and his hands loosely tied behind his back.

Cleveland dispatched their ladder truck and in addition contacted Porter Fire Department for their taller and platform equipped ladder truck. Cleveland was able to set their truck up and was able to rescue the man after about 30 minutes.

Medical personnel evaluated the unidentified male who was not injured.
