MAN WHO FLED MIB REMAIN IN HOSPITAL

Tuesday night a Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputy on routine patrol on SH 105 East near Walker Road observed a Honda motorcycle with a male and female pass several times and then come by again passing a vehicle in an unsafe manner. The deputy got behind them in the eastbound left-turn lane at North Walker Road. As the light changed he activated his emergency equipment. The driver turned left and stopped. When e did the female jumped off the motorcycle and the motorcycle took off northbound at a high rate of speed. Speeds reached over 80 mph as the driver almost lost control in several curves. Several miles north he attempted to navigate a curve and lost control. The motorcycle hit a culvert pipe ejecting the driver. The driver, Vincent Chisenhall, 46, of 7498 Hidden Acres in Cleveland had an open warrant from Texas Board of Pardon and Parole. He had just 4-months left on his parole. He now is in the Intensive Care Unit at HCA Conroe Regional with a broken back. The female was also arrested as other units responded. Ashley Nicole Crabtree, of 7498 Hidden Acres in Cleveland is charged with possession of a controlled substance after 10 grams of cocaine was recovered and an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance.
