On March 22, 2025, at about 4:00 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office East Division Deputies responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle call near the 100 block of Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, Texas. A witness had called 911 to report a male suspect breaking into vehicles in the area. Upon their arrival, deputies located a suspect vehicle matching the description given and conducted a traffic stop. During the search of the vehicle, deputies discovered several stolen credit and debit cards, along with other stolen property belonging to the victim. Further investigation revealed that two of the suspects had used the victim’s credit cards to purchase multiple gift cards at Walmart. The suspects are identified as Dante Allen, 24-years-old, Jaedward Sewell, 23-years-old, and Daetwain
Johnson, 24 years old. Allen and Sewell were both charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and credit card abuse, while Johnson was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. All three suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Sheriff Wesley Doolittle said, “These criminals are not going to come to our county and expect to take advantage of the citizens of Montgomery County; we have a place for them.”
