On June 30, 2013, Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Pinehurst RV Park in reference to a 52 year old male subject throwing lawn chairs into the community pool and causing a disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputy observed the male walking in the parking lot on his cell phone yelling and cussing. The male advised he had been drinking and after determining the male was intoxicated, he was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On June 30, 2013, Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Sawmill Estates subdivision in reference to a Suspicious Person call. A 38 year old female was knocking on doors asking for a ride. The female was located walking down Elm Trace Drive and was found to have red blood shot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath and person. Due to the female’s intoxication level she was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On June 30, 2013, Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision regarding a Disturbance/Assault in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputy observed a 19 year old female and a 20 year old male in the front yard of a residence in a verbal altercation. The female ran into the residence and the Deputy followed making contact with a 47 year old female, who was the 20 year old male’s mother. She had blood and scratches on her neck. She said she had asked the 19 year old female to leave and was assaulted. The 19 year old female was taken into custody for Felony Assault Family Violence and an active warrant for Theft.
On June 29, 2013, Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to Ranch Crest subdivision regarding a Family Violence. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with a 51 year old male who asked the Deputy to make his wife leave. The wife advised the husband had pulled a knife from his belt and threatened to cut her throat. The husband was taken into custody for Terroristic Threat.
On June 29, 2013, Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the 4600 block of Jackson Road regarding a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with a 43 year old female and her common-law husband. She advised they had been arguing and she had hit him in the face. The husband had blood coming from his nose and had dried blood on his face, chest and hands. The female was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence.
On June 29, 2013, Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision regarding an intoxicated 46 year old male that was at a residence and would not leave. The Deputy advised the male to go home and not to return unless he was sober. The male went home and returned to the residence twice. The Deputy placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication.
On June 26, 2013, Sergeant Gonzales responded to a residence in Hazy Hollow subdivision for a Welfare Concern. Routine name and DOB yielded two warrants on the 32 year old female. She was taken into custody.
On June 27, 2013, Deputy Aaron was traveling west bound on FM 1488 when he observed a female who appeared to be stumbling while walking down the road. The Deputy turned around to do a Welfare Check on her. The female was unsteady on her feet and rambling her answers to the Deputy. The Deputy received consent to search her bags and discovered 19 Zoloft pills in a prescription bottle with the label torn off. The 27 year old female was taken into custody for Possession of Dangerous Drug.
On June 25, 2013, Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the Royal Oaks subdivision in reference to an Assault Family Violence call. The Deputy met with the complainant who advised a 31 year old male had assaulted her as she had tried to end their relationship. The Complainant was thrown to the ground by the male and she had a large lump to her knee and one to her elbow. The Deputy placed the male into custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
On June 25, 2013, Deputies Crandell and Erickson were dispatched to the Village of Decker Oaks regarding a Family Violence call. While on scene a 50 year old female advised she had not witnessed the disturbance, but had invited her son over to the residence. A check of the female revealed her to have a Protective Order for the address preventing her from contacting her son. The female was taken into custody for Violation of the Protective Order.
