On July 28, 2014 at approximately 0010 hours, Sergeant Russell, while on patrol near the 100 block of Rayford Road, observed a male riding a bicycle into traffic while drinking a beer. A 25 year old male from Spring was arrested for public intoxication.
On July 28, 2014 at approximately 2244 hours, Deputy Lopez-Carpenter responded to a criminal mischief near the 25600 block of Interstate 45 North. A 25 year old male from Spring was arrested for throwing a brick through a restaurant entry door. The male was charged with criminal mischief and taken to the Montgomery County jail.
On July 28, 2014 at approximately 0207 hours, Deputy Logan, while on patrol near the 29000 block of Stone Fox, observed a vehicle driving recklessly. A 32 year old male identified as Ryan H. Edwin Jones of 623 Rosewood in Spring was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction.
On July 30, 2014 at approximately 0120 hours, Deputy Knight responded to the 12000 block of Bonny, in reference to a disturbance. As the Deputy approached the residence, an 18 year old male identified as Benjamin Joseph Varona of 12003 Bonney in Conroe, jumped out a back window in an attempt to evade police. The suspect was located in a heavily wooded area and was arrested and charged with assault and evading on foot with priors.
On July 30, 2014 at approximately 1400 hours, Deputy Fruge responded to a disturbance call near the 19500 block of Main Street. Upon making contact, a 27 year old female identified as Shayla Jeney Brown, of 809 Williams Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana was arrested and found to have an active warrant out of Montgomery County.
On August 1, 2014 at approximately 1635 hours, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to the 25300 block of Budde Road. Upon arrival, 31-year-old Olga Vladmironva Ilyukhina of 25335 Budde Road in Spring was discovered highly intoxicated and unable to maintain her balance. She was arrested for public intoxication and transferred to Montgomery County jail.
On August 1, 2014 at approximately 1643 hours, Deputy Dishman responded to the 500 block of Rayford Road, in reference to a wanted person. An investigation revealed a 28-year-old Jessica Lee Atkinson of Houston had two active felony warrants out of Harris County for theft of property with two or more convictions and was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
On August 2, 2014 at approximately 0230 hours, Deputy Veith was dispatched to the 2900 block of Rayford Road, in reference to an intoxicated female. Upon arrival and after investigation, Christina Michelle Husbands, 38 , of 425 Rayford Road in Spring was arrested for public intoxication.
