District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On April 18, Deputy M. Hardin was sent to the area of FM 1484 and Cedar Lane in reference to a female walking into oncoming traffic. The female was located and found to be intoxicated. The 39 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 5:33pm and transported to jail.

On April 18, Deputy K. Christiansen was dispatched to Point Drive in reference to a disturbance and welfare concern on a male in the roadway. The male was located and found to be intoxicated, belligerent and aggressive. The 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:20pm and transported to jail.

On April 18, Sgt. J. Varnell responded to a welfare concern on a female found passed out in a vehicle near the intersection of FM 1484 and FM 3083. The female was found to be intoxicated. The 50 year old female was arrested at 11:25pm and taken to jail.

On April 19, Deputy K. Christiansen and other Deputies were notified of a disturbance on Anchor Court involving an intoxicated male with a weapon. The male and his wife had been arguing and the male fired a shotgun in the direction of a house. The 51 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:10pm, charged with deadly conduct and felon in possession of a firearm and taken to jail.

On April 20, Deputy K. Underwood located an intoxicated male and female in the 12900 block of FM 830. They had been in an argument prior to the Deputies arrival. The 24 year old male from Spring and 26 year old female from Houston were arrested and transported to jail.

A 24 year old male from Porter was arrested at 11:35am, April 20, in the 17300 block of Deer Run by Deputy A. Terrell for four traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a suspicious vehicle call. The male was taken to jail.

On April 20, Deputies, J. Kader and M. Abdlebaky, were advised of a vehicle being operated by a possible intoxicated driver in the area of Hwy 75 and Calvary Road. The Deputies located the vehicle and stopped it in the area of Andwood and Amblewood. The female driver was found to be intoxicated. The 32 year old female from Willis was arrested at 1:56pm, charged with DWI and transported to jail.

A 32 year old female from Willis was arrested at 1:40am, April 21, in the area of Calvary Road and Amblewood by Deputy D. Everton for a Texas Pardons and Parole warrant (manufacture, delivery of controlled substance). The female was stopped on a traffic violation. The female was taken to jail.

On April 21, Deputy M. Hardin and Sgt. H. Smith executed a felony warrant on Red Oak Drive. A 47 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 4:30pm for an aggravated sexual assault of a child warrant. A second male, 21 years old, also from Cleveland, was arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol and failure to appear warrants out of Montgomery County and was also charged with possession of marijuana. Both males were transported to jail.

On April 22, Deputy K. Underwood and other Deputies responded to a robbery at the corner of Gulf Coast Road and FM 1314. The Deputy met with a male complainant who explained that he had stopped his vehicle to get a large tree branch out of the roadway when several males came out of the woods firing at least two shots in the air from handguns and rifles. The suspects took the victim’s wallet and vehicle. A short time later Deputies nearby stopped a small passenger vehicle with several males inside. The occupants were identified as the robbery suspects. Several weapons were recovered as well as baggies of marijuana. Two 18 year old males, a 16 year old male and a 15 year old male all from Conroe were arrested at 2:57am. The 18 year olds were taken to jail and the juveniles were taken to juvenile detention.

A 40 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 6:08pm, April 22, in the 11000 block of White Rock by Deputy K. Albritton for an assault warrant and a felony theft warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating an assault call. The female was transported to jail.

On April 23, Deputy K. Berger was sent to Wood Loop in reference to a family violence. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her husband had beaten her up and choked her and the suspect had fled. The female stated her husband had been drinking and became angry with her and threw things at her and as she attempted to get away he knocked her down. While talking with the victim the suspect returned. The 30 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:57am and transported to jail.

On April 24, Deputy K. Berger responded to the 13200 block of Hwy 150 East in reference to a possible intoxicated driver stopped by another Deputy. During the investigation Deputy Berger determined the female driver was intoxicated. The 43 year old female from Seffner, Florida, was arrested at 12:01am and charged with DWI. A 44 year old male passenger from Willis was found to be intoxicated, was also arrested and charged with public intoxication. Both subjects were transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On April 16, 2011, at approximately 11:45 pm, Deputy N. Zavorski was dispatched to a Disturbance near Winton Wood Way and July Sky Court.  A 25-year old male was standing in his front yard yelling obscenities at neighbors and deputies. The suspect was arrested and during the investigation deputies found a room inside the suspect’s home filled with equipment being used to grow marijuana. Deputies seized 16 marijuana plants that had been harvested and recovered a handgun, scale and a box of marijuana seeds. The suspect was charged with multiple offenses.

On April 18, 2011, Deputy Ward was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence on Crane Ct. The suspect, 39-year-old female from Houston, and her 16-year-old daughter were fighting in the front yard. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On April 21, 2011, Deputy Ward was dispatched to 315 Valleywood in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputy Ward located the suspect vehicle and the owner of the vehicle. During the course of the investigation the owner, 18-year-old male from Spring, was found to be in possession of marijuana. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On April 23, 2011, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to a Disturbance in the 24900 block of Interstate 45. A 40-year-old male from Coldsprings was arrested for Violation of a Protective Order. While Deputy Reuvers was attempting to place the suspect in his patrol vehicle, the suspect took off running across the interstate and over the center barrier. Deputy Reuvers caught the suspect. Charges for Evading Arrest were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office and the suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

Warrant Arrests:

On April 19, 2011, Deputy Christensen arrested a 29-year-old male from Spring, in the 2700 block of Hidden Spring Falls for an outstanding warrant for Terroristic Threat.

On April 20, 2011, Deputy Mitchell arrested a 22-year-old male from Spring on Lavender Trace Drive for an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana.

On April 22, 2011, Deputy Mitchell arrested a 41-year-old female from Spring in the 7300 block of Lake Creek Circle on an outstanding warrant for Theft by Check.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 4/19/11 Deputy Harman was dispatched to Burning Tree Lane for a Family Violence. Upon arrival a 38 year old male was irate. It was soon learned that the male got into an argument with his wife and threw food. The argument continued and the male grabbed his wife and squeezed her to the point that she was having difficulty breathing. The male was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

On 4/19/11 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart for a Shoplifter. Loss Prevention advised Walker they observed two individuals in the cosmetics department concealing items into a purse. Loss Prevention said they then went to a register and purchased a few items but did not pay for the items concealed in the purse. Both individuals were arrested for Theft and transported to jail. One individual also had a warrant for their arrest.

On 4/19/11 Deputy Pickerill was dispatched to a Suspicious Person in the 20300 block of Roberts Rd. Upon identifying a 48 year old male it was learned he had several active warrants through Precinct 4 Constables office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to East County jail.

On 4/20/11 Deputy White responded to 20100 block of S. Hillcrest on a tip for a wanted subject. Upon arrival he located an 18 year old male with an active warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail.

On 4/21/11 Deputy Dunn stopped a vehicle near FM 1314/Loop 494 for a moving violation. A 38 year old male was found to have 7 outstanding warrants through Precinct 4 Constables office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to East County Jail without incident.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On April 24th Deputy Herman and Deputy Irvine were dispatched to Carraway Lane in Magnolia in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputies met with a 38 year old male subject. Dispatch was contacted and the subject was checked for Warrants. Dispatch advised the subject had an Active Warrant for the offense of Indecent Exposure. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 24th Deputy Herman and Deputy Irvine were dispatched to Carraway Lane in Magnolia in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputies met with a 42 year old female subject that was combative, upset and appeared to be having a mental episode. The Deputies spoke to the subject’s husband who advised he had been assaulted by his wife with a metal pole and bitten on the neck. The female subject was charged with Assault (Family Violence) and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 23rd Deputy Overbay responded to a Family Violence call in the Timberloch subdivision. Upon arrival, Deputy Overbay made contact with the male Complainant and a 37 year old female subject. The Complainant advised the female subject attacked him and when he tried to call the police she had ripped the phone line from the wall. The female subject admitted to having grabbed the phone from the Complainant and pulling the phone off the wall. Deputy Overbay placed her into custody for Interference with a 911 call and Assault by Contact Family Violence. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 21st Deputy Irvine and Sergeant Gonzales were dispatched to the In and Out Diamond Shamrock on Highland Blvd in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon arrival the Deputies made contact with a 27 year old female subject sitting on a milk crate near the wall of the business. The subject appeared to be intoxicated and confused. She became combative when questioned, refusing to stay in one place by walking in circles and kicking the wall. The subject was taken into custody and transported to female booking for Public Intoxication.

On April 19th Deputy Overbay was dispatched to the 26000 block of Heaton in reference to a Disturbance. Deputy Overbay made contact with the 28 year old female subject. Dispatch advised the subject had an active warrant for DWI through Montgomery County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 19th Sergeant Swank and Deputy McKee were dispatched to Nichols Sawmill Road in reference to a Disturbance call. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the Reportee who advised that a 60 year old male subject had been drinking and was trying to fight with people in the Trailer Park. The suspect was unable to maintain his balance and had slurred speech. Due to the Subject’s intoxication level and trying to fight people he as placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 18th Sergeant Bybee while assisting Deputy Messina on an Assault Call and checked for warrants on a 40 year old male subject who was not involved in the Assault, but was present during the incident. The subject had four outstanding warrants; No Vehicle Insurance, Violate Promise to Appear, Display Expired License Plates and Failure to Appear. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On 04/19/11 Sgt. C. Peckne was dispatched to a Family Violence in progress on Rabon Chapel Road. He arrived on location and met with the male and female on location. The female advised that she and her husband had gotten into an altercation over a family pet. Sgt. Peckne placed the male into custody.

On 04/23/11 Deputy J. Davis was dispatched to a residence on W. Alderson in reference to a Burglary. Deputy Davis arrived on location and met with the Complainant. The Complainant believed that the vehicle parked next to his residence belonged to the suspect and the suspect was inside the vehicle. Deputy Davis approached the vehicle but the suspect fled. The vehicle was later stopped and the driver was detained. Upon searching the car a prohibited weapon was found. The male was placed into custody and transported to MCSO jail.

On 04/24/11 Deputy J. Davis was dispatched to Forest Hills Dr. in reference to a Family Violence. Deputy Davis arrived on location and met with several individuals. It was determined that a male had made several threats to another male and female. The male was placed into custody for Terroristic Threat and transported to MCSO jail without incident.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On April 19, 2011, Deputy Drake was dispatched to assist Deputy Curtis with two vehicles that were racing on Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Curtis observed both drivers weaving in and out of traffic and driving at speeds in excess of 80 mph in a 45 mph zone. Both drivers, 21-year-old males from Magnolia advised that they had just finished fixing the one vehicle and were testing it before taking it home. Both drivers were taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident charged with racing.

On April 21, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 32-year-old male from Conroe after conducting a traffic stop on the Interstate 45 feeder road south of Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Prince had observed the driver fail to stop for two stop signs. The driver had red glassy blood shot eyes and extremely slurred speech. The driver was also observed swaying during the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. At the conclusion of the test, the driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transferred to the Montgomery County Jail.

Warrant Arrests:

4/20 – Deputy Cranston arrested a 27 year old male from Spring, after a traffic stop on Sawdust and Glen Loch. The driver had an outstanding warrant.

4/21 – Deputy Cantu arrested a 24 year old male from Spring, after responding to an open line 911 call on Sylvan Forest. The suspect was arrested for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

4/21 – Sergeant Sumrall arrested a 29 year old male from the Woodlands, after responding to a disturbance. The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation out of Panola County.

Public Intoxication Arrests:

4/20 – Deputy Salazar arrested a 45 year old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication at 4725 W. Panther Creek.

4/23 – Deputy Conklin arrested a 50 year old female from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication in the 1700 block of Lake Robbins.

4/23 – Deputy Ansley arrested a 29 year old female from Willis for Public Intoxication on Waterway Avenue.

DWLI/DWLS Arrests:

4/22 – Deputy Martin arrested a 22 year old male from The Woodlands for Driving While License Suspended and no insurance after a traffic stop on Cochran’s Crossing and N. Silvershire.

4/23 – Deputy Rizk arrested a 28 year old male from Conroe for Driving While License Suspended after a traffic stop at 9595 Six Pines Drive.

Shoplifting Arrests:

4/19 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 39 year old female from Houston for Theft after the suspect attempted to take approximately $85 worth of merchandise from Sears (1201 Lake Woodlands). The suspect was also charged with Possession of Marijuana, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.

4/20 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 25 year old male from Houston for Theft after the suspect attempted to take approximately $169.69 worth of video games from Wal-Mart (3040 College Park Drive). Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to a previous conviction. The suspect was also booked on a Motion to Revoke Warrant on a previous Theft charge.

4/21 – Deputy Ross arrested a 15 year old male from Houston for Theft after the suspect attempted to take $96.80 worth of clothing from Zumies at The Woodlands Mall. Merchandise was also recovered for Express and The Children’s Place. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

4/21 – Deputy Hammons and Deputy Ansley arrested 47 year old female from Conroe for Theft after the suspect attempted to take $244.24 worth of groceries from HEB (9595 Six Pines). Due to previous convictions for Theft, charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony.

4/22 – Deputy Lisalde arrested an 18 year old female from Cleveland for Theft after the suspect attempted to take $89 worth of merchandise from Sears (1201 Lake Woodlands.
