MCSO BLOTTER FOR DISTRICT 2 SOUTH COUNTY

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On 11-22-11 at approximately 2000, Deputy Ward was dispatched to a residence on F.M. 1488 in reference to a disturbance. While conducting his investigation, it was discovered that a white male from Conroe, who was involved in the disturbance, was wanted for an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-18-11 at approximately 0420, Deputy Ward responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of Sawdust Rd. After arriving and speaking with a white male from Conroe, it was determined that he was intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-20-11 at approximately 1825, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a criminal mischief in progress in the 25200 block of I-45 N. Upon his arrival, it was discovered that a Hispanic male from Spring, had slashed the tires of the Complainant and had threatened her if she called the Police. The male was arrested for Criminal Mischief and Retaliation. He was transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-23-11 at approximately 1050, Deputy Fruge was patrolling the area of the 800 block of Rayford Rd., when he observed a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, a white female from Spring, he discovered un-authorized prescription medication after a search of her vehicle. She was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-26-11 at approximately 2250, Deputy Ward was conducting a traffic stop in the S.H. 242/Lexington area. During his investigation, it was found that the driver, a white female from The Woodlands, had an outstanding warrant. She was arrested under the warrant and transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-23-11 at approximately 1100, Deputy Underwood received assault/family violence in progress call on Pruitt Rd. Upon his arrival, it was learned that the male victim and the female actor were living together at the location. The male was assaulted by the female. The white female from Spring, was arrested for assault family violence and transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-16-11 at approximately 1830, Deputy Dowell was dispatched to a retail store in the 25000 block of I-45 N. During his investigation, it was determined that an employee had attempted to steal numerous store items. The employee was arrested for Theft and transported to MCSO Jail.

On 11-14-11 at approximately 1400, Deputy Fruge received an assault/family violence at a residence on Research Forest Dr. Before his arrival, the actor had left the scene in a vehicle. During his investigation it was learned that the suspect had assaulted a female. The actor also had prohibited the victim from calling 911. Later, the actor returned while Deputies were still on scene. After speaking with the suspect he was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Interference with a 911 call and DWI.

On 11-16-11 at approximately 0200, Deputies Allen and Wilkerson responded to a suspicious persons call in the 25000 block of Borough Park Dr. Upon their arrival, they observed two juvenile males. They were discovered carrying stolen items from car burglaries in the area. They were arrested and transported to the MCSO Juvenile Detention Facility.
