District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 11/19/11 Deputy Bartoskewitz was dispatched to the Jack in the Box restaurant located at 20130 Hwy 59 in reference to a suspicious person. When the deputy arrived he learned that a man had been waving a knife at a customers. The man was also found to be carrying a large machete. The suspect, a 43 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Carry of a Weapon.
On 11/19/11 Deputy Hardin was conducting an investigation of an Assault. He encountered a suspect that had several active traffic warrants. The suspect, a 27 year old male from Porter was arrested.
On 11/20/11 Deputy Bartoskewitz was dispatched to a family violence on E. Martin Dr. Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had struck her causing injury. After the Deputy left the scene the suspect returned back to the residence. The suspect, a 40 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence as well as 4 active traffic related warrants.
On 11/20/11 Deputy Pickerill went to a residence on Red Bud to serve an active warrant. Upon arrival the suspect was located and taken into custody. The suspect, a 31 year old male from New Caney was charged with a Felony Order of Arrest warrant.
On 11/20/11 Deputy Hardin was dispatched to Amy Ln. in reference to a Family Violence. Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had punched the victim causing injury. The suspect grabbing the victim by the hair and dragging her to the ground and choked her. The suspect, a 19 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault by Strangulation as well as two additional traffic related warrants.
On 11/21/11 Deputy Logan was dispatched to Spring Dr. in reference to a tip on a wanted subject. Upon arrival he was able to find the suspect and he was arrested. The suspect, a 17 year old male from New Caney was charged with Credit Card Abuse and Theft of a Firearm.
On 11/22/11 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the area of Hwy 59 @ FM 1314 in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival he learned that the suspect had been seen taking copper wire from underneath a mobile home. Deputy Trammel located the male on the bicycle and he was taken into custody. The suspect, a 28 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Theft of Copper.
On 11/23/11 Deputy Hilado was dispatched to the Preserve Apartments on Kings Manor Dr. in reference to a noise disturbance. Upon arrival they met with a female who gave the officer a wrong last name. The suspect stated she lied about her name because she had active warrants. The suspect, a 25 year old female from New Caney was charged with Failure to Identify and 4 active traffic related warrants.
On 11/25/11 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to Russell Dr. in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival he met with the complainant who advised he found the suspect taking items out of a building and the suspect then ran away. Through an investigation officers learned that the suspect resided nearby and was later located at the residence. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a firearm and is a convicted Felon. The suspect, a 30 year old male from new Caney was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Building, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Criminal Mischief.
On 11/26/11 Deputy Sherlock went to a residence on Canterbury to serve an active warrant. Upon arrival she was able to locate the suspect. The suspect, a 19 year old male from Coldspring was arrested for the outstanding warrant.
On 11/26/11 Deputy Trammel came across a bicycle on the side of the road on Loop 494. As he was checking the bicycle for stolen a male approached the deputy. The male was found to have an active traffic warrant. The suspect, a 31 year old from Conroe was arrested.
On 11/27/11 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to a residence on Deer Glen West in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival he found that one of the parties in the disturbance was intoxicated. The suspect, a 52 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 11/27/11 Deputy Sherlock was driving through the Home Depot parking lot and was flagged down and advised that two men were loading metal racks into their truck that were not for sale. The two men then jumped in the truck and fled through the parking lot. The driver then drove through a red light and attempted to evade the officer. The driver then stopped the vehicle and the two suspects were taken into custody. The driver, a 46 year old male from Houston was charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle and Theft. The passenger, a 45 year old male from Montgomery was charged with Theft.
On 11/28/11 Deputy Hilado was dispatched to Wagon Wheel Ct. in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival he made contact with one of the parties in the disturbance and he was found to have three active traffic warrants. The suspect, a 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested for the warrants without incident.
On 11/28/11 Sgt. Miller was dispatched to Choctaw Trail in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival he found that an individual was wanted. The suspect, a 36 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Motion to Revoke-Felony.
