District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On November 28th Deputy Overbay was dispatched to a residence on Red Oak Circle in reference to a Disturbance. The Complainant advised the subject had choked her. The subject was charged with Felony Assault Strangulation and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On November 27th Deputy Brummett and Deputy Krolczyk while on patrol in the Hazy Hollow subdivision observed a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The vehicle sped away from the Deputies in an attempt to elude. The vehicle turned on Azalea Trail and stopped in a driveway of a residence. Three male exited the vehicle and started to walk away but stopped for the deputy.A small bag was found in the vehicle that had a small amount of Methamphetamine in it. A 25 year old male was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On November 27th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Timberloch Estates subdivision in reference to an Assault. A 49 year old female subject and her husband had been arguing and the female slapped her husband. The Deputy placed the female subject in custody for Assault.
On November 21st Deputy Brummett and Deputy Krolczyk were dispatched to the Dogwood Hills subdivision in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the Complainant who advised she woke up a 41 year old male. The Complainant advised that the male started hitting her. The Deputies observed the Complainant’s injuries and arrested the male subject for Assault Family Violence.
On November 21st Deputy Provenzano observed a vehicle make an illegal turn. Deputy Provenzano conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the driver was identified as a 42 year old who showed to have a suspended Driver’s License and had two previous convictions for DWLI’s. The subject was taken into custody for driving while license suspended.
