On 2-02-14 at approximately 0200, Deputy Frantz was dispatched to the 6600 block of Durango Creek, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who advised he and a female were in an argument when they began to slap each other. The Deputy came in contact with a 59 year old female who was very belligerent. The subject was taken into custody for assault and transported to jail without further incident.
On 2-02-14 at approximately 0430, Deputy Dowell was dispatched to the 1500 block of Rayford Road, in reference to a suspicious person. Upon his arrival, the Deputy came in contact with a 36 year old male sitting on a couch in front of a local business. The subject was determined to be intoxicated, was arrested for public intoxication, and transported to jail.
On 2-03-14 at approximately 0005, Deputy Knight and Deputy McClintock were dispatched to the 3300 block of Legends Shadow Drive, in reference to a disturbance. Upon their arrival, the Deputies observed a female subject holding a child, running out the front door, and a male subject running after them. The 37 year old male turned around and ran back in the residence, disobeying Deputies commands. The male was taken into custody for assault and evading.
On 2-04-14 at approximately 0448, Deputy Burnett was dispatched to the area of Interstate 45 North and Rayford Road, in reference to a warrant service. The Deputy met with a Houston Police Officer who had a 26 year old male detained. A run through dispatch confirmed the subject had two active warrants out of Montgomery County. The subject was taken into custody for a bond forfeiture felony warrant and a tampering with evidence warrant.
On 2-04-14 at approximately 1828, Deputy McKee was on patrol in the area of Interstate 45 and Rayford Road when he observed a vehicle commit a traffic offence and initiated a traffic stop. The Deputy came in contact with a 23 year old male. A run through dispatch showed the subject had an active warrant out of Montgomery County. The subject was taken into custody for a failure to appear warrant and transported to jail without further incident.
On 2-04-14 at approximately 2147, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 24000 block of Richards Road, in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, the Deputy came in contact with a 24 year old male. A run through dispatch showed the subject had an active warrant. The subject was taken into custody for a theft by check warrant and transported to jail.
On 2-05-14 at approximately 0205, Deputy Burnett was patrolling the area of Interstate 45 and Sawdust Road when he observed a male subject having difficulty maintaining his balance while walking in the roadway. The Deputy made contact with a 40 year old male who was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested for public intoxication and transported to jail.
On 2-07-14 at approximately 1448, Deputy Gratz was on patrol in the area of Legends Run Drive and Legends Bluff Drive when he observed a vehicle with a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and came in contact with a 39 year old female passenger. A run through dispatch showed the subject had an active warrant out of Montgomery County. The subject was taken into custody for a theft by check warrant and transported to jail without further incident.
On 2-07-14 at approximately 1910, Deputy Burnett was dispatched to the 9900 block of Robin Court, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with the complainants who advised their daughter came home intoxicated, so they took her phone away and she became irate. She pulled their hair, scratched their faces and then pushed her Father to the ground. The deputy came in contact with the 35 year old female suspect. The subject was taken into custody for injury to the elderly, family violence, and transported to jail.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 0244, Deputy Burnett was patrolling the area of Sawdust Road and Budde Drive when he observed a traffic violation. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and came in contact with a 35 year old female who was determined to be intoxicated. The subject was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and transported to jail.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 0309, Deputy Logan was on patrol in the area of Lake Woodlands Drive and Pinecroft when he observed a vehicle hit the concrete median. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and came in contact with a 46 year old male driver who was determined to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to jail without further incident.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 1600, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 30200 block of Legends Ridge Drive, in reference to a trespasser in progress. During his investigation, the Deputy came in contact with two 18 year old males and one 17 year old male. The two 18 year old males were both found to be in possession of marijuana and taken into custody. A run through dispatch showed the 17 year old subject had an active failure to appear warrant and was also taken into custody. All three subjects were transported to jail without further incident.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 2030, Deputy McKee was on a traffic stop at Lazy Lane and Rayford Road when he heard a male and female arguing in a parking lot nearby. The Deputy made contact with a 19 year old male who was determined to be intoxicated. The subject was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to jail.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 2304, Deputy Zavorski and Deputy Lowery were dispatched to the area of Rayford Road and Canyon Ranch, in reference to a welfare check. Upon their arrival, the Deputies made contact with a 33 year old female. It was determined the subject was intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
On 2-08-14 at approximately 2354, Deputy Mathis was dispatched to the 24000 block of Richards Road, in reference to a welfare check. Upon his arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who advised there were two small children left alone in an apartment while their mother went out. The Deputy came in contact with the 24 year old female mother. After an investigation, the suspect was arrested for two counts of abandoning/endangering a child and transported to jail.
